If I can give a 0 stars I would. It been 3 weeks since I've given my information to this account and I don't have a tax return in hand. I had called a week after I provided my infomation to be told by Lisa she was very busy and my file will be done by end of day. Two weeks later, no tax return or a phone call. I called multiple times using my personal cell phone number and no one answers. However I call on my husband's phone and it was answered immediately. What a coincidence!! She explains to me that her overseas clients overwhelmed her time. I would probably have been empathetic if she had only just updated me 2-3 weeks prior. Poor communication, poor excuses and this experience made me feel like I wasn't as important as her other clients. I guess if your local your not important. I went to another tax preparer and my return was done in 48 hours. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Nice lady but very unprofessional.
Lisa was great. She did my taxes in a timely manner and was always available to answer my questions. I will definitely recommend her to my friends.
