Lila is the best! I have bulging discs nerve damage & a very bad neck due to car accident in 2006. Her massage therapy gets down into the deep tissue as well as the tiny muscles in the spine that I never even knew were there lol. You feel like a million bucks after a visit... I saw her for a few years up to my wedding & felt amazing! Can’t wait to book with her again.
