We asked for a 24 hour rental Sunday-Monday, my days off. They decided to deliver it to us on a Saturday afternoon when i wasn't there. We used the machine during the day on sunday then took a break with the kids to the park and was going to continue to work when we got home. While we were out we saw on our home camera that the truck came and picked up the machine. This was around 6pm on sunday. We asked for a sunday- monday rental. We called the store the next day and spoke with the manager who told us it was picked up late at night. This is false. We also were charged 40 for gas, we didn't even finish the job or have the opportunity to fill it because they came onto our property unannounced and took it back when it was supposed to be picked up on Monday (sat-mon 24 hour requested). They claim they explained the 40 to us, which they did not. Furthermore we were told by the managers assistant that we have a copy of your credit card if we decide to steal it.... why would we steal it??? We do not recommend renting from here based off of our experience from start to finish.

We rented a 13 ft water slide for August 9th and was overcharged by 10. The website shows the price as 265, but I was charged 275. I called both locations and the lady in Rockland told me she didn't have a copy of my order (even though that's where I called and put my order in) so she told me to call Hanson, so I did and some guy answered and I explained to him that I was overcharged on the price of the slide and he supposedly took my name and number and said he would find out what happened and someone would call me. And a week later and no phone call or explanation on why I was overcharged. We've been renting moonwalks from them for years but this will be the last time. I'll call Busy Bee Jumpers. As least their owner doesn't screw people over by overcharging.

Friendly staff. No hassle rental. I have already rented a bounce house from them for 2 occasions and I would definitely rent from them again.

Called several times and no answer, and when they finally did answer some miffed old woman was incredibly rude and was giving me attitude on the phone. I'm sure that not all of their employees are like this and I don't think that she represented the company very well from my experience with her.
