My first time at this office and my last!Staff were very rude!!! Head manager if she wanted could have helped me but decided to be insensitive . The other office were never unprofessional like this one. Really disappointed. This office is definitely not kid friendly.

I agree with Brian Donohue. The woman at the front desk was rude. I didn’t appreciate her comments at all. However, the check in person and the person who saw me before Dr. Chen were excellent. I absolutely love Dr. Chen. He has a great bedside manner and I totally trust him.

Ownership needs to train or replace front desk staff. Woman checking people in and taking temp/ sanitizing was great. Front desk supervisor was very rude to customers and staff. Completely unacceptable .

Visited the Garnerville office for the first time last week. Pleasant experience. Quickly got my Covid temperature check, and yhe rest of the check in was all done by a tablet. Got my eyes checked and dialated (she was hilarious by the way. Never had this much fun at an eye appointment ). Soon after, Dr. Patel also took a look at my eyes. I got out of there with a new prescription. Everyone was friendly. The parking lot is a little small in my opinion, but i'm used to the West Nyack office. I was impressed how quickly I got an appointment. Got one for the very next day. Overall, would recommend.

Dr. Leen is wonderful! He’s been seeing my kids for 4 years now. He’s super thorough, and we all like him a lot! The entire office is super friendly too! The only slight downfall is the wait time can be a bit excessive, but, Dr. Leen is so extremely thorough and great, that it’s worth the wait! A! Highly recommend!
