The technician who greeted me was extremely friendly, gave me all of the facts and everything I needed to know. He answered all of my questions with ease and even called my dealer to confirm one of his answers. I got the undercoating done on my brand new Ford Escape Titanium for roughly 155 which I found pretty reasonable and he explained the warranty in detail to me in case there's ever any problems. I also got a quote on winter tires and he didn't hesitate to give me a second quote on a different tire than he suggested. All in all a great experience and will most likely go back to them to get those winter tires!
Honest and kind hard working people been there twice and they offered me a vehicle as a loaner while they fixed my van. They also kept me posted on what they could do before proceeding.
I ask Luke at the front desk to change a specific part on a German vehicle to solve a specific problem. He argued with me that it wasn't the cause, bragged how his team are specialists with German cars and went ahead to change two different parts which didn't solve the issue. Costing me over 800 and making me waste valuable days. Went to another mechanic who change the part I requested and problem solved. I won't return for this bad client experience
