My brand new washer stopped working and Northeast Appliance Pros did not only respond quickly to the service call, but they were able to secure the needed part within 24 hours!! After being warned about the delays due to the pandemic, I feared I would be living in a laundromat for the foreseeable future. They are incredible and beyond professional. Their customer service (Lynn) was amazing and incredibly responsive. They will be my go to repair shop moving forward. Thank you so much!!

A month ago a technician came, evaluated the scope of the repair, collected 95 for the visit and after that nobody got back to me. A month passed, I called three times, left messages asking to give me an update. Nobody called back. Is it a new scam to collect 95 for a visit and disappear. Sorry NEAP - you used to be a reliable and professional business. I guess not anymore.
Kevin was so responsive and provided amazing work for a great price. He even fixed our washer machine and bought the part on the weekend in his own time. Highly recommend his services.
My dryer began making a screeching noise on a Wednesday morning and I panicked. During this Covid nightmare, I knew I could not live without my dryer for even a day. I did not want to go to a laundromat either. I called the company that sold us the dryer, and they were unable to make it out until Monday. They kindly gave me the name of NE Appliance Pros. I called and was assisted by a wonderful woman, who quickly assigned a pro, and Justin was at my home by 2:30 the same day! My dryer was repaired in less than an hour! I have already used it and it is running perfectly. Justin was efficient, polite, and pleasant. He wore a mask and gloves and stayed well apart from me. I cannot say how much this meant to me! The price was quoted up front after the issue was diagnosed. It was less than the original company had quoted to me by 50.00. I will definitely call again! Thank you so much.
