My wife and I had a excellent experience. With their no pressure sales and pleasant environment it made shopping for a vehicle fun. When you go back to sign papers and pick up your vehicle, they bring your vehicle inside the shop so they can explain everything about your vehicle without being stuck outside if the weather is horrible, nice touch.
