Developer of Brio Condos in Hingham Shipyard Marina , Cheap wood frame construction , could have put concrete between floors to reduce noise but chose profit over quality ! Not worth the money , My parents purchased a unit there and not very happy with noise from unit above and people walking in common hallway above shakes whole ceiling/ building ! Slow to respond to issues in building as well !
