This is truly a family own business. Eli who had helped me picking out my piano was so genuine and knowledgeable. Mine experience was nothing more but Amazing and very satisfied. The Price and quality of pianos is very reasonable, please do not compare in price becuase every piece is different we cant price match them base on the look but rather through the quality of sound. PLEASE show some support to local business like Piano Mill because they deserve it!!

I really want to thank Rob Norris of Piano Mill. We purchased a Yamaha Disklavier C3 from him and were really happy with the entire experience. I really needed to trust the store that sent the piano because we were buying sight unseen and having shipped to us in Hawaii. Rob coordinated the shipping seamlessly so that the piano would arrive damage free. It was so unscathed that I couldn't believe my ears when it arrived and it was still in tune. I'm so glad that everything worked as described- Disklavier fully functioning and no sound board problems. I rarely leave feedback on such forums but exceptional service warrants public praise. This is a professional and passionate piano store I had never see before. I can say I am super lucky to meet them who gave me patient service. Very professional delivery and issues solutions. When I have questions, the team respond me in FIVE minutes! I also working in hospitality field, but I had never seen the awesome service like them! Awesome Piano experts and company! Both the Piano consultant in the shop as well as the movers did a great job in sharing their experience and delivering an Upright Piano to my home! My kids are thrilled and so am I! Highly recommended!
My Steinway grand piano is over 100 years old and was in need of serious restoration. I cannot begin to describe the amazing work that was done by Rob at The Piano Mill. My piano was returned sooner than promised and the extensive work done is utterly flawless. My expectations were fully exceeded and I am forever grateful to Rob for the time, love and care he put into this family heirloom. The piano plays and sounds as good if not better than it has sounded and performed during my lifetime.
