It's clean, employees are friendly and on task, it's huge and spacious, never too many people there. People are just ormal\, not intimidating! I love that the machines all have labels and tutorials! I appreciate the cleaning stations and social distancing. Well lit. I like the encouraging signs everywhere. I like the music videos playing with the songs. I like seeing the weather snd news while I workout (HATE seeing the food channel/shows tho!) I feel like I could keep coming forever and never run out of ways to improve my fitness. Love it.

This place is awesome. My wife and I go here almost every day. Great equipment, great friendly staff. They know us by name now, and usually have us signed in as soon as we’re through the door when they see us entering. I’m impressed with how they operate, even with the pandemic. This gym makes it fun to workout.
I have been a member at my gym for less than 3 months at a different state so I could not transfer online. I went to this location to see if they can transfer me because it is not the first time that this was done for me(at a different location). The girl working there said that is something they cannot do but if I cancel my membership in my state she will waive the fee. So I came back 3 days later, after I cancelled my membership in my state, and told the gentleman at the front what the girl told me. He said yeah just go ahead and sign up. So I did. Then after I was done I asked him about the fee because I saw it on my screen and he mumbled something and got what I assume is the manager. So this person told me that is not something we do, and whoever told you that shouldn't have told you as this is not something we do. Even after 2 people from that location told me it is OK. His words were well you didn't talk to me. How was I supposed to know who I'm supposed to talk to? If you are wearing a PF shirt and working behind the desk- you are the person I am supposed to talk to. So now I don't have any membership thanks to people who are not trained and the manager with zero managerial skills.
Employees are nice, faculty is cleaned often. I like the use of the hydro massage chair and tanning beds.
