I have to say I am impressed with the staff and owner of Rockland Ford. Two weeks ago we purchased a vehicle from them. Last week in the mail we received an offer that would have allowed us to save 750 on a vehicle from Ford head office. My husband and I said what awful timing from Ford Canada. Well this week in the mail we received a refund cheque for the same value from the dealership. That was impressive. Thank you Dominic Lavoie for the great follow up and for the staff that always go above and beyond to make your experience a great one

We got a very strong sense that Pat Soucy at Rockland Ford cared about us and that our business was really appreciated. They are more than a Ford Dealer, they are a motor vehicle consultant. Pat made sure that we were buying the right vehicle for our needs and one that would hold its value because of its desirable options at resale. And he sold it to us at the right price at a time when a competing dealer was choosing to impose a 1,200 Covid-19 surcharge because of limited vehicle availability. When the times are challenging for all, is when you realize where you should take your business. Furthermore, a strike at the Port of Montreal caused a backlog which delayed our expected delivery by 3 weeks. Pat kindly kept us updated on a regular basis. At the time of delivery, Jacob spent 2 hours with us, patiently going over all the features of our new vehicle and answering all of our questions, giving us the impression that he had all the time in the world to help us. We are looking forward to going back to their service department for our vehicle maintenance as we understand that Rockland Ford offers the best service record in Ontario.
