I honestly with i could rate this place a zero out of 5 stars but unfortunately that's not an option. When I went and got my braces it was a decent experience. But my sister recently got hers off and the first time she was supposed to no one ever checked to make sure her teeth were straight. The head orthodontist wasn't even present. So she had to get another appointment to get her braces off which again the head orthodontist wasn't present for, and yet again they never checked if all her teeth were straight either. They never let her look at her teeth before she had to go so she couldn't ask any questions herself and a parent wasn't allowed to be in the room while it was happening. My mother recently called to ask a few questions about rescheduling follow up appointments for my sisters retainer. It states in the contract that a follow up appointment should have been made after getting the retainer. No follow up appointment was made nor did they schedule one. While my mother asked why this could happen, the person of the other end started raising her voice to my mother, getting very frustrated and impatient. 0/5 for organization and reception as well. Totally unprofessional.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude...not willing to answer any questions and very argumentive. Not willing to listen at all. I will not be bringing my family here again.
Dr. Rosenberg and his team are always professional and take the time and care to ensure that my kids are comfortable. Braces can be hard and all that moving around of teeth can be doesn’t always feel so great. They are dedicated to making the process as painless as they can by helping parents to be informed and the children felt heard.
I have had a wonderful experience here they are very friendly and experienced! I highly recommend Rockland orthodontics
