What a positive experience!! Jasmin and his team are absolutely committed to customer satisfaction and more than earned our trust. He is completely upfront about his ability to get a better rate and terms before you invest any time. We used The Gaudreau Team twice to renew our mortgage. In 2014, they found us a significantly lower mortgage rate than we were getting through our own comparison shopping. Plus, they managed to get all the transfer fees covered. We recently reached out to Jasmin in 2019, as mortgage renewal time came up again. Our needs had changed and Jasmin felt we would be better off working directly with our bank, so he walked us through the process to get the best terms possible even though he was not making a dime off the transaction. A great experience both times.
