I've always received exemplary service at this location but today it was truly exceptional. I had a package that was prepaid through FedEx and Google only brought me into the general area, so I was having trouble finding the location. I stopped by the UPS Store to buy tape to seal my package and the employee offered to tape it for me. I declined and informed him that this was a FedEx package but he politely insisted, sealed my package, applied my label, and directed me to the FedEx drop-off. THIS is why I use UPS when I have a choice.

I've had nothing but great experiences every time I've been here. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. I too have paid what seems like a ridiculous price for shipping but they've also helped me save on shipping costs by explaining all of my options, and unlike other reviews I'm not going to blame the staff or even the Rockland branch in particular for the costs of shipping.
