I love Brad and Michelle Rocklein, and recommend them regularly to friends and family members. I first visited Rocklein PT several years ago for some neck/shoulder pain. I visited again today for some new back trouble and was really impressed with the amount of time Brad took to review my medical history, run a thorough set of diagnostic tests, and diagnose the problem. Back pain can be really overwhelming and confusing. Brad was great about figuring out the issue and explaining why I'm having trouble. I'm excited about working with him to fix the problem, and am confident we'll be able to get me back to normal. I LOVE these guys. I am still very COVID cautious, and the office feels safe and comfortable to me.

Office is collecting co-payments from some patients even though health insurance company has waived them. My insurance company has spoke to a certain individual at this delmar office twice 1st conversation to inform co-pays are waived. The insurance representative was given a hard time by \said\ individual Even know the insurance rep had this person on the website proving to this person that indeed the copays have been waived 2nd call Insurance company rep spoke to same \said\ individual to Questions why reimbursement payment has not been sent out. This individual gave the insurance representative a hard time again, again is asking for further documentation and refusing to reimburse me for these co-pays. I received as a patient of poor condescending rude individual in this office and would never return. please check with your insurance company you may be owed money as well.

During the Coronavirus shutdown my knees started to hurt a lot, went to orthopedic and he recommended physical therapy. I knew right away whom to see. Rockline’s setup is setup for social distancing and I felt safe to keep coming back. I chose Rockline because my daughter was seen by him 5 years ago after both knee surgeries, he did such a great job that my daughter is now running 5 miles a day!
