I understand that we are all fully stressed during these times. HOWEVER it is NEVER acceptable nor is it professional to HANG up on a client! I have used several locations of Fast Pace since they opened but I will never again. My husband had been waiting to be seen for an hour and half to be tested for COVID. after waiting all this time the front desk lady began to question him over his insurance copay and his insurance. no one could find his matching insurance and one lady even said he didn't have insurance. finally someone found his insurance and preceded to tell him his copay was 75 for urgent care and he said no its 35, so he walked out. meanwhile I'm at home pulling his benefits up and I found where it states in the package that urgent care is 35 for a copay so I call up there and explained that I'm reading over our benefits package and it states 35 for urgent care. The lady went off and said NO, I know its 75 bc I went on a huge thorough search just for this and I told her there was no need to be rude about this and she HUNG UP ON ME!!!

The doctor, nurse and desk clerk were all wonderful. I'm a veteran so they suggested Wal-Mart for pharmacy pick up. I'm a service connected veteran so had to pay no at urgent care or for pharmacy. I'm feeling much better. Thank you.

Unbelievably excellent service...a million dollar team with Mr Cooley and head doc Alvinia Proffitt...mom with Alzheimer's needed quick excellent care for broken ankle-- turns out only sprain...THANK GOD 4 THIS PLACE..er wait was 4-6 hrs in wait time alone...we were done within the hour!! Thank u thank u thank u!!
