All the Pharmacists and Staff are fantastic, and it gives me a great feeling to be able to know the team on a first name. There is a lot to be said about small-town enterprises, and this pharmacy takes first place. Thanks for the many years of taking care of us.

My son has been having constant ear infections lately. He was prescribed a stronger antibiotic that was not in stock at the time. Normally it wouldn’t have come in until the next day. The pharmacist went above and beyond to source it so we could start his prescription right away. The service has been above par, especially during this pandemic. It has such a nice small town feel and Rockwood is lucky to have such a nice place to shop and get our prescriptions.

Just to advise any current or future customers with Rockwood Pharmacy, that they do NOT go the extra mile for customers. They won't even delivery an over the counter item (not prescription) to a resident in major pain with a migraine. A customer without access to a car or in walking distance. In this time of need, you would think their Pharmacist staff members would have some sort of compassion. They certainly went front line workers.
