Kelly Joyner completed 3 jobs for me this week. First he cut up an extremely large tree limb that fell in my back yard during a storm. Then he pressure washed a house. And he cut down 2 large pine trees. All of the work was done perfectly. He cleaned up behind himself and didn't leave any mess which is a big relief for me. He got the jobs done quickly and didn't leave me hanging wondering when the work would get finished. He also kept in constant contact while working to make sure everything was done as I wanted during the jobs and before he asked to get paid. He is an extremely nice guy and easy to work with. I engaged Kelly to pressure wash my house, pressure wash my driveway, clean, repair and paint my side deck as well at my front deck and add a gate. After we had agreed to an all in price he proceeded to ask me to pay for things like extra paint/lattice supplies, etc. This was not the biggest deal, but it was a little distasteful given the size of the contract. He is receiving one star from me because he did not put a latch on the gate and it swings open freely. When I asked him about it he told me he was out of town and would do it several weeks later when he returned. The time came and went and he did not add the latch. I followed up with him and he ignored me. Otherwise the quality of work was good. Such a shame to spoil ones perception over a 5 latch...
Came to powerwash my house and deck. We called back after the job was finished because the deck need a touch up, but kept getting the run around. Still not responding to texts. He was all up for the challenge when money was up for grabs. When he got his money, he never showed back up to finish his job. Also never stated he was hooking up to our water supply to power wash the house until he started. I highly recommend never doing business with him again. Stay true to your word my friend.
Kelly, His Dad one came out to my house and in 5 hours cut 3 trees back away from over the house. The best tree service i ever used Thanks Kelly for your 5 star service.
