Would not recommend! After my consultation, I decided to hire Ms. Britt to represent me in my custody case. My case was in another county about 45 minutes away, but because Ms. Britt didn’t know the judge personally, she decided she wasn’t going to go to court on my behalf, but suggested instead that I hire an attorney in Pitt County to have the case transferred to Nash county. That was very corny of her, considering the fact that she had already taken my 1000 retainer fee to represent me. To make a long story short, my case was not transferred and I had to go to court alone. I unfortunately am not happy with the result of my custody case and I would not recommend Ms. Britt to anyone. As a matter of fact, I can count on 2 fingers how many times I talked to her directly, her paralegal Denise was really my lawyer to be honest.

If I could give minus stars I would. First off don’t go by what Gabriela says she is a paralegal for Mrs Britt so I would assume she is only attempted to help Mrs Britts ratings. Mrs Britt has also gotten her family to help with her ratings. Mrs Britt and team is very lackadaisical. She would be the person to bring a sword to a gun fight. Laughs how they have a whole cabinet of your stuff but yet tells you to send the same stuff time and time again. Charging you each time. Doesn’t know anything about military law and how it helps people in the service and retirement. Mrs Britt doesn’t even know how to properly fill out and calculate a child support form. She has now miscalculated my child support form twice and I would put money on it that she would do it a third time. She doesn’t fight for you. She lets the other lawyer railroad her because they know how horrible her preparation for court is. She will tell how she wants to help males and let them have a relationship with their children but than once again sits there and takes it not speaking up for her client. Her communication with her clients that are on the other side of the United States is horrible. It was the one thing I reminded her about time and time again. I can recall 6 or 7 questions I had asked months and months ago that I’m still waiting on an answer for. Her team is buddy buddy with Mrs Redhage so if your going against that team and you hired this lady you mine as well fire her immediately.
