Completely nothing to complain about. The service was excellent. Clean Room, bathroom, and patio. Soft beds. The very comfortable king suite made me feel at home. The best place I've been in a while. Wonderful customer service and housekeeping. Very nice surprise for my birthday.

Gwendolyn was so welcoming and made sure all was complete. The room was very clean as was the whole complex. We do miss having breakfast at the location, but under the present conditions we were directed to a great breakfast diner. ,
I had a very nice stay here. The room (Standard King) was nicely laid out with the bed and cuddler couch. The only annoyance with the room was the heating and air is the old school unit type without a wall temperature adjustment which was a little inconvenient trying to adjust in the middle of the night (no light up panel). Customer service was excellent at check in, departure and in between. All things considered, I would definitely stay here again.
I wish my coworker and I looked at the reviews here more closely. The best thing about this place was probably the cheap 1.50 to wash and 1.00 to dry laundry room here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, location was good and rooms were clean for the most part. We were bummed the Courtyard's Bistro was closed and there wasn't free hot coffee served in the lobby unlike the Fairfield. I wish Courtyard would compensate for closed Bistro by providing breakfast bags or something other than points. Small room, comfortable bed but you can tell this hotel is in serious need of a deep clean. There was a smell in the hallway that was musty, grout around bathtub looked like it needs to be redone, rusty metal in the room. To top things off, I woke at 1 AM to get water and saw a cockroach wandering around on the floor by the front door. Not sure how it got in but there's a large gap between the door and the frame and the floor. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here.
Super friendly and helpful.staff. Our room felt recently renovated and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town. The only negative was that the pool and restaurant are still closed.
My stay was great ! It was until I woke up this morning after checking out of my room yesterday!!! My card was charged two different times !! I disabled my card, and about 20 minutes later. Here goes courtyard trying to take money out of my account again !!! But it wouldn’t let them because I disabled my card ! What is going on Marriott ? I have multiple open cases on those unauthorized transactions. My stay was good besides the money stealing .
Excellent location and service. Up to the normal high standards I have come to expect with Marriott. The building is a little older but it feels like the facility has been well maintained.
I am volleyball club director and doing a lot of traveling but this is the worst hotel that I ever been. Elevator buttons was broken, so we used stairs with all our stuff to reach top floor. There is no breakfast and they don't have coffee lid so it is difficult to have coffee on go. My room I think they never cleaned I think they just change beeding and towles and nothing else. You can find food from someone before and plus they left soup in the bathroom from someone before me. It was DISGUSTING. Fir the price of 160 per night !!!!!!
