In past Metro has been dependable but recently you cannot count on then. Said all their helpers quit. I signed a contract to have my AC unit replaced. Said they had ordered it and would install following week. Never showed nor called. We called every week for 6 weeks. Always told you are on schedule for next week. I even spoke to supervisor who said we will be there Friday or no latest on Monday. Again a lie. Not even a call. Meanwhile the unit was leaking into duct work so ended up paying extra to get duct work removed and replaced. Poor customer service and 0 dependability!

Me and my husband first year dealing with them was super fantastic, but last year most of 2019 ever time we would call and ask for there service we would have to wait and and, honestly we are still waiting for a hot water heater that was promised to use a week ago. They came about 2 months ago rigid it up then it went out again a month later came and rigid it up again told them we wanted a new one still waiting, my blinds in the back for the patio I been waiting for 3 months for some yes I feel like they need to do much better thats why at this point u will only get 2 stars
Metro Maintenance is a great company..yes I said great..professional..courteous..great attitude..hard working..Travis is amazing wonderful guy..always wants to make sure customers are satisfied..and he got jokes..lol..keep up the great work..been a customer for 6yrs..
Great company. Ronnie came out to fix a Carrier ductless Air Conditioner. He was able to get it cooling very quickly and also found out what our problem was with an overhead light in the kitchen. When we purchased this house it was set up with a \low voltage\ electrical system. He understood this complicated mess and was able to determine that our problem was only a bad fixture. We purchased a replacement and he installed it. The repair men of this company can do AC, electrical and plumbing. A one call fixes all service.
I called on July 2nd to see if someone could come out and look at my A/C unit. The lady I spoke with told me it's 4pm and its too late to send someone out. Why? You're ad says day or night! she said she could have a tech to come out Monday. She took my name, address and phone number. Well, guess what, Monday rolled around and no call. Tuesday, no call. I said forget it and I called another company located in Nash County and they came out the same day I called and fixed my unit. Stay clear of this company.
