A home town dealership, but under the massive umbrella of a large conglomerate of John Deere dealerships. This is a no-nonsense dealership where they diagnose fix and return equipment as fast as possible. Being a John Deere facility you were going to pay but you're going to get quality service on your John Deere equipment I've been using this dealership for about 9 years and have no complaints with their service or their products.

Great place to buy a mower. Carried mower back 2 years later. Mower wasn't running well at all. Deck would not lift hydraulically. They unstuck valve to lift deck. Replace fuel line, carburetor, and fuel pump. No way everything was bad in fuel system, just poor troubleshooting. Charged over 600.00 and said they helped me out on the labor charge. Don't mind paying for what I need but not fair to have to pay to educate a mechanic on how to work on my mower. Replacing parts until you fix a problem is not what should happen when you carry anything to a dealer. I could have replaced the parts on fuel system. I knew the valve wasn't working but couldn't fix it because I didn't know how it worked. Fuel system charges were rediculous. Even with unnecessary parts costs labor was about 500.00 of the bill. Only using mower to trim with.

the other day, we received an error code on our 4320. I called Matt, the service writer, and told him we had an issue with the safety seat. This was a Thursday and we needed it ASAP due to the weather coming, needing the grounds decent. He knew of my urgency and sent a tech right over. The tech found out it was wiring harness and they needed to order it. I told him I would get in touch with Matt. I emailed him and he gave me the price and i said go for it. not even lunch time Friday, the tech had returned and fixed the harness. We are always on a time crunch with grounds due to weather, visitors, etc so the fact that he was able to help me and send a tech out as fast as he did is why we continue our business with them,

I have been going in this store for years and the parts counter is great. The sales team are nice to talk to as well. Not sure what M and Ordean are talking about but I enjoy going there. Always have to reply to the negatives. God Bless America Took my gator in to have it looked at and only needed a little grease to make noise stop. Top notch service department. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Those guys deserve top dollar and raises. God Bless Mike sounds like a SOY BOY
