As a small business owner, I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Bank and Trust! They went out of their way to assist us with a PPP loan, and got it done super fast. Scott was very informative and helpful concerning the loan and Alexandra is the best when it comes to customer service. There was a misunderstanding on my part about third party checks. It spiraled into the manger, Alexandria and the supervisor, Joan mistreating me. Joan threatened me, refused to give me her boss's name and number, and she blocked me in the room by standing in front of the door when I said I was leaving. Joan is very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I've banked at Rocky Mountain for 12 years. Ive never been treated so bad by a financial institution. However after how I was treated, I refuse to stay. Such lack of respect for me as a customer and as a human being. I left in tears. I'd stay clear of this bank. Find a bank where your are valued and important.
