Don’t give this company your money unless you like aggravation, lousy service and someone stealing your deposit. Dylan took a large deposit and did only one of four railings in 4 months when the whole job was promised in 6-8 weeks. The one piece done was poorly constructed, poorly painted and poorly installed. Communication was atrocious as well. The new company we brought in to finish actually laughed at the quality. Don’t be scammed by them pretending to be in business.

As mentioned recently, we put a 50% deposit on a window well cover in October and have not heard back or been able to get a hold of Dylan at Rocky Mountain Metal Fab. This is a shame as we used Rocky Mountain Metal Fab in past and they were great. Will not use or recommend them again and would recommend you avoid at all costs.

Like many of the others who complained on Google recently, we gave this business a 50% deposit on a railing system that was supposed to be delivered in 90 days. We have made numerous attempts to confirm why it is so late and when they will deliver. They continually make up excuses and false promises and NEVER meet any of their obligations. We have finally terminated our Agreement and have initiated legal action to recover our damages. Stay away from this business!!! They will steal your deposit and never deliver!

We made the mistake of paying this company for half of a job that was never done!!! In the beginning of June 2020 we reached out for an estimate on window well covers and provided half of the cost upfront to which they cashed our check. They took weeks to respond just to say they were on back order. Finally we received a response that they would refund our money so we reached out and got another contractor to install in 1 week!!! We have since been trying to get our refund, we are now into October and they will not return our calls!! I’ve made a complaint on BBB and still nothing! We are extremely frustrated and feel that Ed and Dylan the owner are at this point trying to cheat us out of our money!! Do not go with this untrustworthy company!! This is Tim and Julissa- Dylan or Ed does this catch your attention?!?!? Will you please Venmo our refund, you have our information!!!!

DO NOT GIVE this company your money. You will be throwing it away! They took our deposit, and no work has been done. We are now in the process of a court case! BEWARE!!!
