Would 100% NOT recommend. I left my dog here for a simple glucose curve. I never received results for the curve and my dog came back excessively vomiting and so sick. I tried to contact them , only to find out they gave vaccines without my permission. My dog is diabetic and older , and I had vaccines current already.. They told me they wouldn't prescribe anything while blaming me for my dog being ill. I dropped my dog off with zero similar issue like this. She was not vommiting at all.. I am just VERY DISAPPOINTED I trusted them to take care of my dog.. I will now have the cost of an emergency vet visit on top of what they charged me with ZERO information on the results.

I've never used this vet before because when I adopted my dogs the shelter had already used Crestview so I stuck with that but when my baby needed to be euthanized and my vet was closed I went to rocky top. the vet there was great. He was very kind and compassionate and gave me time with my baby before the injection and helped me make the right decisions. Moving forward when I get another I will be using this vet

I have two kitties, and they have always been very kind and helpful. Even when I thought my boy had a kidney/sugar problem, they were sweet, and ready to figure it out. But the topper was when I missed an appointment for my kitty’s neuter due to my mother’s passing. Not only were they gracious in rescheduling, I also received a sympathy card from all of the staff for my loss. They have always gone above and beyond for me, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We’ve been bringing our pets to Rocky Top for years. We’ve sadly had to have pets euthanized and have always been treated with compassion and respect. When they are sick and need treatment I can always trust Dr. Quillen to steer us in the right direction. Not only is he kind and trustworthy but he is a very skilled veterinarian. He’s caught things that other vets have missed and he’s been able to perform procedures that other vets haven’t offered. Whenever I call with an issue Robin always puts me at ease and makes sure my fur babies get the care they need. We’ve since moved from Greeneville to Johnson City but we continue to make the drive to Rocky Top because they are the only practice we trust to take care of our pets.

I've had a standing order with this veterinary office for years - spending close to 100 every other month for prescription cat food. After all that time and money, my client file was purged and I'm unable to get the proper food that my cat needs. I was told I would have to bring my cat in for a visit so he can be entered into the system again, even though I now live two states away... Not helpful and put on hold for more than a few minutes so staff could discuss. Luckily, my current vet was able to immediately help with this issue and will be receiving the orders and credits for my purchases.

Our hamster woke up very ill and we took him in to be examined. He had to be euthanized due to a large tumor, but the doctor and staff were so compassionate and sweet. I am incredibly thankful we found such a great place. The price was reasonable. If you have small animals- this is the place to go. Hamster doctors are hard to find!
