I have been working with Rocliff for 18 months now - having purposely switched from a large nationwide company to a smaller family run firm. I have found their service, attitude and, most importantly for my boss, their pricing to be exceptional. We are a medium size user at 54 people and I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure to work with them from setting up the initial contract to the day to day managing of the account. It is so refreshing to be able to speak to people who actually know about your account from the first call, and having the name and direct contact details of an actual person, rather than a faceless department, is a huge time saver and efficient. Repairs are completed within the usual weekly turnaround and even though so of our garments become heavily soiled, they are returned cleaned and nice presented. I would not hesitate to recommend Rocliff to anyone - their service, care & attention and quality of garments, makes them a pleasure to deal with - much better service than we ever received with the larger companies.

Family run business who care. In 3 years we have never been let down, all overalls arrive back clean, never any missing, repairs done inclusively, very flexible and accommodating. A service business who serve our business without fault. We have renewed our contract with Rocliff for another 3 years without hesitation.
We switched to Rocliff Workwear rental in 2019 after poor service from previous suppliers. Rocliff have given us excellent customer service, they are always very responsive to our needs and apply great attention to detail - very important when dealing with individual employees' requirements!
Been using them for a few years and wouldn't consider changing. Family run, efficient business with excellent staff.
