I just have to say, Mr. Rodriguez and Stacey have been such a blessing in mine and my husbands lives. My husband was rearended by a semi thanksgiving time of 2019. From the day after the wreck all the way through to settlement, Mr Rodriguez and his team have been so helpful, kind, understanding, responsive, and understanding. They walked us through the entire process, made sure we felt comfortable with everything that happened, made sure my husband got top quality medical care, didn't cut corners to make their job easier, the entire works. The only professionals in this firm are the secretaries. Mr. Rodriguez dropped me just days before my trial because he misquoted me. I would go on explaining, but why? He is untrustworthy get someone else.

I do not recommend this law firm. They want to charge for every phone call, text, and email. Louis A. Gimbert did not even finish the work for my son's case. He withdrew from the case, promised to return the retainer that was not used. Instead, they kept the money and will not refund it.

Formidable establishment, I tried on numerous occasions to retain an attorney to protect my rights against a biased local JP court initially filling out a request online, then calling in person when I was promised a return call the following morning that never occurred. My suggestion is you search elsewhere for a competent lawyer as none exist here. Google forces you to rate 1-5 stars, these fools deserve none.
