This is a beautiful vintage home built by one of the the first settlers of Bellingham. The Roeder's were a prominent family and it shows in the beautiful materials and quality of the construction. The City of Bellingham Parks department does an incredible job of keeping it up and provides free tours on most Sundays. I highly recommend taking a tour, especially if you are from the area. There were some surprising ties to the town of Lynden as well.
