Already twice we purchased merchandise from Merchandise Essentials. Branded socks and mouth masks. The contact is correct and easy and the quality of the products is great. We already re-ordered the socks due to popular demand ;) It's great to have merchandise that is actually being used!

Totally unhappy with the way they handled our order. They didn’t send a sample to approve, the final delivery was not according to the design and the merchandising was labeled with their own logo.
Last year, we worked with Merchandise Essentials to create some merchandise for our translation agency (tote bags & cups). Excellent service & superb quality. The merchandise is a real added value for us.
I would strongly recommend against ordering from this company. I ordered socks for my non-profit foundation and it was a disaster. Their design process is amateuristisch, resulting in a wrong print and what is worst of all is the quality of the socks and that for a company which really does not offer cheap pricing! If a sock costs more than 8 euro p/piece you expect them to not break the first time you wear them. Already at first try for some customers the toe broke and we had to take back products and refund them ourselves. The solutions offered by the support service of company are unrealistic and disappointing.
We have ordered shirts and the quality was very good as well as the whole process of design to production. I would order again from these guys
