Never had a problem until recently wend the recepcionist was racist, speak on the phone english in front of me while i waited paciently by my turn wend is my turn deny she speak english and dont give me any information only shouts in netherland. finaly some other person decided to help me. On the way out agaim listen to this lady speaking english on the phone..... Regardless of that The people in the offices were you take care of your papers are very frendly and super helpful.
