Had no problems whatsoever renting from this group. Had a lock issue on the back door and within a day they sent someone out to fix the issue. Great place to rent from for the price

I have been renting from the Roger's Group for over six months and wanted to share my experience. Things did start off on the wrong side with poor communication on the part of the Roger's Group but they have since remedied this and things have been going smoothly so far. Please do not waist your time and money with these people. They are scams and do not take things seriouse. I have 2 children with illnesses and it took them almost 4 months to fix the heat/ac in the home. Then sent a man to my house who had a gun on him while i was home with my children. Then charged me for my sisters pet when she was in town for the hollidays. And i had to make her snd her children leave because of them. Rude people who do not need to be in buisness. So be very careful with these people.
