Was looking forward to a good meal. Did not receive that here. Ordered pickup. Food was late getting delivered to the truck at the curbside pickup. Ordered fried mushrooms they were soggy and breading fell off. Blooming onion was far from done. Bottom was standing in oil. Ordered 2 25 ribeye steaks ordered them rare they were both way overcooked. The baked potato when taken out of the foil was covered in salt. Even after peeling it the potato was not edible. All you could taste was the salt. Mashed potatoes with the other steak were cold and very lumpy. Not just lumpy the lumps were crunchy. The only thing good about the whole meal was the side salad. The rest of the food was thrown out. Was a waste of money. Will not be going here on my next trip to Rogers. Can’t wait to get back home and get a good steak like at Texas Roadhouse. Would give them zero stars if I could.

Not a bad experience at all. The service was extremely good. Very attentive and accurate in taking our orders. The food was okay, but a little over cooked. We will certainly come back to this location in the future. We were also seated quickly, even with 7 people in our party.
Not a good day. Usually a great place. Today the host, asked a man about a mask and proceeded to say. .don't you know how to read? You need to leave. I was appalled. Then one steak was overcooked, one had a hair on it but the third was great.
Our visit to outback was awesome.. The service was excellent and so was the food... Highly recommend
What a experience! Called ahead at 6:40 was told a 30-40 minute wait, showed up 10 minute early. was told 10 minute just had to clean off the table, well 30 more minutes go by so we said something and got seated. Took 30 minutes to get a drink, our appetizers didn't show up until 8:50 and the food showed up at 9:10 witch a burger had to be sent back because it was black along with incorrect orders, my steak had no flavor and the Mac and cheese is literally just noodles with a little cheese only poured in the center. The only positive thing was our waitress was very nice
