My daughter has had hearing aids since she was 1, she is now 17. We purchased hearing aids from another place in town, but we were not happy with trying to get an appointment or how long appointment would take due to interruptions. While doing a google search, I found SoundLife. I called and spoke with Joe and explained our situation and that my daughter's hearing aids were not working. He had us come in and it needed to be sent off. Thankfully he had a loaner pair to use during repair. We have had to send her hearing aids in a couple of times over the last few months and Joe has always been very flexible and gets thing done in a timely manner. I am so happy that we found SoundLife and will continue with him.
Joe Wilson at SoundLife Hearing gave me my husband back. John was experiencing hearing loss and I saw him retreating from socializing with others as well as me. We no longer went out to dinner or visited with family and friends. If we were in a group situation, John was silent because he couldn't hear the conversation. When we were at home, much of the conversation was him saying, "What" or "Huh" and me repeating whatever I had just said, sometimes twice. The TV was so loud for him to be able to hear it I thought it was going to damage my hearing. John could not hear me if I said anything with my back turned to him. If you are considering purchasing hearing aids, I highly recommend a visit with Joe Wilson at Sound Life Hearing Technologies. For several years I had procrastinated the purchase simply because I had no idea how to choose wisely who or where until I picked up a flyer at my acupuncturist’s practice, where I’d been a long time patient. Upon my initial visit with Joe, I expected to purchase hearing aids and walk out the door. I soon learned that it was a process by which I was carefully, patiently, and knowledgeably guided. I spent approximately seven weeks trying different hearing aid brands with various levels of technology, and NEVER once did I feel pressured into making a purchase! In addition, Joe answered my many questions in person and promptly by email. Therefore, I’m certainly better informed than when I began the process. While this may sound like the commercials you hear on TV, I truly did not realize that my hearing sound quality had diminished to the extent it had. Now that I’ve had my new hearing aids for just over a month, I can truly say that they have changed my life! Music in particular is so much more enjoyable. And while, I’m not plugging a particular brand, even though I’ve tried most of them, I found Widex was the best fit for me! As per Joe, Widex is specifically noted for musical sound quality. You will not find a better place to purchase hearing aids, I guarantee it!!
I found sound life a few months after I Had got my hearing aids. I was not happy with the service that I had gotten before I found sound life. I am so glad that I went to see Joe, he has fixed my hearing aids and I can hear so much better now! It's a much better place to go, Joe is so nice and helpful. I will only recommend sound life! If you are needing help with your hearing or hearing aids, I recommend them 100 times over. You wont be dissatisfied.
