Hired them to install hardwood floors. They installed substandard wood. When defects were found, their answer to fixing the issue was shoving wood putty into all of the areas, without my knowledge. They installed cracked wood and shoved in wood putty to cover it up. There were even boards that didn't touch on 3 sides and the installers just shoved more wood putty in to cover up the evidence. They installed cracked floor strips, which divided the family room and bathroom. Now that normal wear is changing the floor putty color, all defects are now very apparent. Completely dissatisfied with the work :(
