Great service and friendly staff at the office. Aaron always super helpful. Needed a place to store things after graduating from college - plenty of space in the climate controlled units, which were nicely maintained. Highly recommend Aaron and the staff at the Rolesville location.
Awesome storage experience. We are a small family owned business and needed to utilize some storage space while our new building was under construction. Storagemax was very accommodating and helpful through the process. Reasonably priced and first class customer service.
This is the best place to use! So happy I found them. I used their climate controlled storage for about 8 months and never had any problems. Such friendly staff as well.
This location was so convenient for us, but oftentimes, convenience means extra cost. But not here! Very reasonably priced and had availability at short notice. Aaron was/is absolutely phenomenal! He's professional, friendly and funny, and super accommodating. We rented one of the new climate-controlled units, and it was pristine (and we've seen some bad units at other storage facilities...lol) and spacious with easy access. Highly recommend!
Great place for all your storage needs. The facility is very clean and well taken care of, also feels very secure. My units are located in the temperature controlled buildings, and I could not be happier. Aaron is very helpful and accommodating, fast responses, 5 stars all the way. Would highly recommend this facility.
The team at StorageMax is absolutely fantastic. Customer service is spot on. The team is easy going, has a sense of humor, and treat tenants like extended family. The entire facility is clean, and it's apparent they take pride in maintaining a secure and safe environment. The leadership team supports philanthropy and the local community, and this is important to me. Highly recommend.
From starting out not knowing what I needed, to being extremely helpful and professional. Aaron and his team have made the entire moving/storage process easier! I ended up with 2 units!!! The accessibility to units, brand new climate controlled units and helpful nature of the team deserve 6 stars!!!!!
