I'm giving 2 stars because the saving grace of this hotel was how nice the night shift desk clerk was. Other than than that.... Pretty gross. Not well cleaned AT ALL. There were stains and smudges on everything. Nothing FELT clean. It was just absolutely gross. I actually slept on a lounge chair because the bed was so gross. See attached pictures.
The check in staff was wonderful but they didn't tell us that breakfast was cancelled and breakfast was the reason we booked super 8 instead of motel 6. Also, none of the staff solved the issue of the people upstairs being incredibly loud. We had to move rooms and if I get charged for it I am leaving 1 star instead.
This is the this is the Super 8 in Tucumcari New Mexico. The hotel was beautiful however the pool wasn't working and I wish I would have known that but Expedia didn't give me an indication but the hotel wasn't working. There's one problem with the Super 8 breakfast everything has sugar the cereal the pancakes the muffins the bread the juices the yogurt. It was hard to find something that didn't have sugar. The word sausages and biscuits and some apples oranges and coffee so I made do with that the rooms were nice and clean and very well made up and the room was huge the was The Refrigerator in the room a large screen TV very quiet neighborhood and my pictures say it all
It's a nice place I would stay there again it's nice and quiet nobody bothers you
This is a nice hotel at a great price. The staff is amazing they took my kids and I in at 930 AM when we got stuck in a winter storm. I would recommend this hotel to others.
Very good priceing,super friendly staff. And I have stayed in alot of motels and never could get comfortable in the bed normally it is either too soft or too hard , the king size bed was perfect for my fiance and I. It was so comfortable I fell right to sleep . Very clean room. And right off the highway so easy to access.
Just a two-night stay while some repairs are done on my home. Convenient location. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Kiddos really enjoyed playing in the pool and the little breakfast bags (muffins & cereal bars, instead of regular breakfast, due to covid.) I'd have given 5 stars BUT all the beds here need an extra pillow lol.
