I have never given any review in my life, but this is my first review for a company where i found my new family. Yes ! When i was hired in 2014 i was a bit surprised about the way everyone in the company looked so happy and friendly. I had never seen similar thing in any of my previous organization so I thought everyone is probably being nice because I was new - after 6 years being a part of this lovely organization I have found that there is a culture of bonding in the organization that is very unique and without even realizing or putting in any extra effort now I see that even I have naturally become more welcoming and open. I am currently heading a team of 7 mechanical designers for fuel and Ash handling division - and am very blessed to be a part of this experience called Rollcon

I have experience of projects. Coal handling systems, pneumatic ash handling system, bucket elevators, chain conveyors, crew conveyors and belt conveyors with Rollcon. They really have products that are beyond the current age and built to last. Being an Operation company ,we always recommend Rollcon for products as it brings down our overall cost of maintenance and even the required spares are reasonably. Good Luck

This is to thank Mr. Dhawan & entire Rollcon team on their brilliant effort to design a high temperature conveying system for our Iron Ore conveying - we had 2 challenges at TATA firstly we required a conveying system that could handle temperatures up to 700 degrees & second was to ensure that the temperature drop during the transfer remained minimum. Rollcon was able to engineer a solution for Hot Iron Ore conveying by combining their existing knowledge of the conventional conveying and combining that with usage of innovative metallurgy suitable for high temperature handling. what amazes me is the attention to detail in their engineering of the product & I wish them all the best for their future endeavors as I am sure many of our peers in the industry shall have use for this innovative engineering marvel. Yesterday afternoon we got a call directly from the MD of the company enquiring about how we felt about Rollcon as a client - although the experience was already great being associated with Rollcon for 1.5 years - but we have never received such calls from a client wherein the client is interested to take feedback about their performance as clients and that too from the top management. I am humbled to have such an interaction with Mr. Dhawan, this review is just to reaffirm our committment to our relationship and also to state that this interaction has inspired us to be not only a better vendor but also to embibe similar qualities and care while dealing with our downstream vendors.
