The house special of (German) “filets de perche” with fries is delicious but rich and buttery to the point of indigestion. The house vinaigrette of the accompanying salad is sublime. Eye-gouging prices for the lot, however.

Excellent filet de perche but not the cheapest. But probably quality comes at a price. By far the best filet I had lately. Booking recommended as well known in the area.
Simple, natural and tasty... what else?
Good food, especially the filets de perche, good products quality and great cooking. However such a poor service and very unpleasant waitresses.
We visiting this place for lunch and had their speciality: fish fillets with fries. There was a nice salad to start. The fish fillets are served in a butter sauce and were delicious. The fries were great: crisp, but not dry. You get two plates — we we're almost full after the first. It's not cheap (46 CHF) but it was fun to try. The service was very fast and friendly.
