If you're looking to build & are concerned about being uninformed or out of your depth... Find Kerri! I was so lucky to talk to someone who is really knowledgeable, great at what they do, who was happy to talk through everything in detail and also happens to be patient and friendly. I went to a show home village, after 4 or 5 other building companies I was ready to give up altogether. Because sections had sold out on that particular development, not a single one of them considered that I was open to build elsewhere; they were too busy enjoying the free time they had by sending potential customers away (& quite rudely). Not Kerri, she was representing G.J.Gardner as a company that exists outside of that one full development. Wherever & whenever I find a section, I have absolute confidence that I'll have the best building company with the most competent representative to guid me through the process.
