Who the heck are they hiring at this place? I've had bad experiences in the past with this KFC already. Dry/overcooked/burnt cigarette tasting chicken, bad service in the drive through. I'm not even over exaggerating either. The locals shouldn't have to travel to Hornby to make sure they have a better chance of getting decent KFC. The amount of bad reviews, say it all. It's really annoying being an internationally qualified ex chef - knowing that myself and these other customers have spent money on bad quality food, waiting longer than they should for so called ️ fast food, eating in dirty surroundings and having to deal with staff that are either rude or mucking around while customers wait. Thumbs up to the food and service that has been good though. Sort it out franchise owner! These are problems that you should be dealing with straight away!...

I waited in the drive through for 45 mins and I got 2 pieces of pasty looking piece of chicken with my meal. Really if you all can't provide the proper service that rolleston deserve you should just close it down or sell it.
Bought take away yesterday. The chips were incredibly salty, look like a whole bag of salt was tipped in the chips. We bought two big packs of chips and ended up throwing all of them as not eatable at all.

Always seem under staffed during busy times. Drive through order was missing items, so went in side and experienced other unhappy customers. Place needed a good clean. Feel sorry for the staff there, as not enough help during busy times. I have had similar experiences on multiple occasions.
Orders are typically correct here but as all takeaways definitely pays to check your order. Great service friendly staff
Delivery was good on time if not early. Cold though not in an insulated bag. Didn't deliver the full order. When went to ring them - no answer for 25 minutes and still waiting - grrrrr
