Phone number has changed or they changed up their calling options. I no longer have an Options to request a prescription I just sit on hold. I just sat on hold for half an hour with no contact with a single human

Went in for a scheduled visit. Checked in - waited for 15mins Heard my name called Went to check at Front desk I was told that Doc is not available, I can see an assistant. I declined. Front desk told me to come back at 12:45. I walked out. Promising to never come back. I guess they don't realize how much effort goes into scheduling a visit, then taking time off work, etc etc. Looking for a new doc. End of story.

Dr. Valdecantos she is super! I would highly recommend her.

I had the same problem as the gentleman above. Also my dad had the same issue with another doctor within this same office and group. We both had different doctors who retired, and now have had poor service with the group since.
