This Cafe is situated in a classic Trastevere neighborhood street, with amazing views of the church and neighborhood streetlights & classic neon restaurant signs. Their dinner menu was delicious, and specifically their cheese flavors in the dishes we had were fantastic. The cheese was fresh, not overly salty, but flavorful and dashed with the perfect amount of black pepper which pops the flavor. Its not in a super busy neighborhood, so its a great place for a romantic evening dinner.

One of my fav spots in Rome for a cappuccino and Cornetto! Always yummy, nice atmosphere, local place and good for doing work or studying too.

My girlfriend and I found this place after checking a few recommendations and thought it was good but not exceptional. It was quite pricey for what it was and we'd had better coffee elsewhere. Still, it was good service and decent food in a beautiful setting.

V cool place for breakfast or for a late night digestif, and actually probably for other things too...

Craving a snazzy brunch in Rome? Look no further than the Baylon Cafe. Excellently executed, *allergen and food sensitivity friendly*, great atmosphere. Staff speaks English very well too so it's a good choice for travelers. Highly recommend the unique juices they serve. Freshly pressed and with no additional fillers like cream or yogurt. Just fruit and veggie goodness. Wish we'd get a franchise in the San Francisco Bay Area. It beats any brunch I've been to in the city by a mile.
