My appointment started 20 minutes late due to the tardiness of the previous appointment. To be honest I was planning on leaving since I did not appreciate the disruption in my day. Once we did get started the process was straightforward and fairly easy. I look forward to receiving my articles to see if indeed made to measure can provide me with the same quality and fit as traditional custom tailoring. If it does it will change my buying habits forever. The website is easy to use and the fabric detail in my mind means waiting for samples is not really necessary. If you know thread count and weight and they are true and accurate you should be able to order and get what you expect. The gentleman who took care of me was very thorough and efficient, things I appreciate.

Disappointed. I thought the precise way they collect your measures would result in a true bespoke tailor made suit, but the final product didn't look like one, infact it looked like a ready to wear with few alterations i.e. jacket too long and trousers too wide, at least one size off. Having express my concern to the \tailor\ didn't make any difference he looked in a rush to deliver the suit and move on to the next customer (prepaying the whole amount of the suit beforehand doesn't help). Also I contacted the customer service to order a second pair of trousers and they replied positevly, only to find out at collection that it was not possible. Result: I am taking their 'tailor made' suit to a true tailor in order to fix it. Never again.
