Even after checking the website we arrived to find it closed. No additional information on the door indicating any COVID restrictions. Figurines in windows and viewable through aren't much chop... wont be wasting time with another visit when it is open.

Very nice museum, happened to notice by accident and glad I did. Fair price (10 euro), very interesting figures, they also show you the procedure of making the wax dolls, quiet and cozy museum.

Small museum but with low entrance price compared to others (9 eur full price). Not a lot of statues to see, maybe around 50 I think but many of them well done. Worth the money even if you just want to take some funny pictures/selfies.

The wax statues are more historic figures than famous people as the outside might suggest. Faces are nice and detailed, the rest of the body however, especially the hands are much less realistic. Cool fact is that they have statues made in 1958 which are still out for display. You can tell they're older but the do add another element to the museum. There are a lot of statues in one room, so there's definitely much to see I'd recommend if you are really into wax statues, but don't expect a Madame Tussauds like experience

I have been to Madame Tussauds in London and after that I was eager to see Rome's similar wax museum but it just broke my heart, simply nothing to be impressed here sorry, very small size, feels like models are not completed even, not much varieties even, no amusement, in my view entrance fee should be 5 not 10 and because of all these the place is not vibrant or popular.
