This company has one of the poorest managements I have ever worked under. The managers are clueless on how to set proper goals, and most of them are incapable of handling employees. They set unrealistic expectations, some of which are not even worth setting goals about. Also, the company needs to offer better compensation for the employees.
I am not happy with the way customer service treats people. They ask you to do most of the troubleshooting while they guide you and often use unproven techniques to resolves customer issues. They need to come up with better solutions that work the first time, so I don't have to call them again and again for the same problem and wait for them to come up with a solution that works.
Is there anyone there who could help us with our issues on your products? It's been more than a week and still don't get a reply from our emails.
