I was on hold to 30 minuets and ended up hanging up because I pulled in the parking lot. When I got there I was told 20-30 min wait and an hour and 1/2 later they said it would be another 30 minuets. One lady in pharmacy was nice but the others had a very bad attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an experience like this at this cvs Pharmacy.

Haven't been feeling well these past few days.i go to the 24hr CVS on Martha Berry Highway, Rome Ga. I get some CVS generic senekot-s for me, some chocolate for someone else and some watermelon juice to rehydrate. I get to the register and Davey rings me up. I notice my HCA CVS Caremark discount does not come off the CVS generic. I ask him why. He has no idea. I ask to speak with a manager,he says he us the manager on duty. This skilled manager has no idea what the hell is going on. When I look at the screen I see the item is listed as BOGO 50%. I inquire to Davey why it's not listed on the shelf and he said they have pulled all sake tags. I'm simply buying one based on shelf price. The BOGO is what is causing the problem. I ask Davey to just make the change of 20% as others have done when there are price discrepancies. He says, while he can doesn't mean he should. Then along comes Gage, scraggly pants and no name tag. He interjects into our conversation. I ask him who he is. He gives me is name and tells me that he is in the same position as Davey. I ask him, how is one to know what prices are on sale as the tags are not on the shelf. He says it in the ad and tosses me the ad. I ask him to show me where it is in the ad. He said it's not his problem.its mine! NOT HIS PROBLEM!!!!!@@ I'm not nearly through..mm

Everything is constantly a struggle at this place. After calling refills in four or five times, they failed to order the medicine. EVERY SINGLE VISIT over the last two months has been a problem and the staff honestly doesn't seem to care at all. There have been multiple incidences where the medication shows it's ready on the app and website but I ended up waiting an hour or more at the store. On one occasion, someone deleted my insurance information from the computer and they just stopped filling prescriptions instead of fixing the issue. Trust me, you do not want to deal with the stress using this pharmacy will cause. Edit 10/14/19: Pharmacists kept losing prescriptions for controlled substances and also altered the directions on several prescriptions and changed the dates prescriptions were filled. The store manager is completely indifferent and the district manager is somehow even worse. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
