The service workers inside were really nice and very helpful. They also wore masks the whole time! Nice! The place was also really spacious and clean. Very professional looking. The only thing I would say though, is that they took a REALLY long time to do a basic inspection and change oil / filter on an 07 Nissan Altima. Could have done this job in an hour to an hour and a half. It took three and a half hours for them. Other than that though, the service was excellent.

After installing new steering components on my wrangler, I needed to make sure my alignment was correct. I've always used Mavis. I paid the additional fees for having aftermarket components to have it aligned. After leaving the store, I drove less than 10 miles before my tie rod shifted which could have resulted in causing me to wreck. Upon inspection, I found the jam nuts on my tie rod ends were loose, as well as the nuts on my steering stabilizer bracket which were all previously torqued to required specifications. Thankfully I did not wreck but multiple parts of my newly installed steering were damaged. This was in September. After numerous emails, which were all ignored and dozens of phone calls, most of which were ignored, I find the customer service department to be completely inadequate and unconcerned. The only resolution offered required me to disassemble the steering (no labor reimbursement) to have it repaired by a company over an hour away leaving me without a vehicle to drive and losing a few days of work. Again, they offered to repair only 1 of the 3 brand new components (valued at 659) that were damaged if I was willing to immobilize my vehicle and sacrifice a few days of work... I argued that it was unreasonable for me to lose even more money to have a brand new part repaired at a complete inconvenience to me after paying for an alignment which was also not reimbursed. And yes, I replaced the damaged bracket at my own expense.I have not heard from them since. After using this company for over a decade, I will never use them again! After leaving this review 4 months ago, I have still not been contacted by ANYONE.

Great place! Had a tire flat while traveling and stopped in. Service was great and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Shawn was a great help. I would recommend Mavis all day long. Thank you for what you all do to make customers feel welcome. Great job!

I’m always skeptical to get car work done at higher end mechanic shops, but I decided to give Mavis a try. I had a flat tire and just had to take a leap of faith! Well it was absolutely worth it! Service was great! I had a flat tire and they blew me out of the water fixing my tire and charging me an insanely good price! Definitely will go back and can recommend this place to others!!!

I went to this tire shop after reading all the good reviews. I knew I needed an alignment after getting looked at and driven from my normal mechanic. When I went in the cashier was pleasant and told me I could wait but it was an hour plus wait, which was all fine. I sat down and started to talk to the other 2 women there and BOTH told me they had come in for something simple and then the mechanic came and told them they needed 1000s of dollars of work done before they could even fix what they came in for! Well low and behold 3 hours later he came out and tried to tell me the same exact thing. I just had a lot of work done on my car and some of it like, he said I needed BRAND NEW brakes and rotors, where just changed a month ago. He tried to tell me they couldn't even give me an alignment or rotate the tires because my car was so messed up. When I told him I only had 200 he told me to go up front and open a credit card. Not to mention I could go to any other mechanic place and pay way less for what they were trying to do. They are hassling you and I would never use this place ever again.
