Great place to work and good peoples period
On 01/11/2021 we hauled the load for RB Humphreys agent Trent from Clewiston, FL to Dacula GA. First of all the driver was detained at the shipped for 7 hours total. Trent told us not to worry about anything and the detention will be paid. The delivery was scheduled for 04:00 in Dacula GA and that waiting time eaten driver's hours. We told Trent to do something with the appointment but he was very persuasive and told us the whole load will be denied if not on time. He modified the bill adding Covid-19 exemption remark and told us we needed to be on time. Our driver hustled and made it on time only to sit at the receiver for another 10 hours. Of course we were assured we'll be compensated for the waiting time. After the load was finally delivered we only received 200 extra dollars. He told us he'll try to get more from his customer. We checked back today and he was surprised why do ask for extra money if driver was able to get unloaded and reloaded. Such a douche! No respect to drivers hard work during the pandemia times. Stay away!
