Called to get my Cadillac Cue screen fixed under warranty. They said my warranty expired when it hasn’t. I called 3 other places that all said my warranty was still valid. I called back and they refused to even talk to us about it. Poor customer service.

I purchased a Cadillac SRX from this dealership, at 40K miles the navigation screen went on the blitz, it took THREE weeks to get them to get me a appointment to run a diagnosis on it, drove 1.5 hours, sat for THREE hours while they ran a diagnostic test, because the loaner vehicle I requested was given to someone else, then, several more weeks to wait for a new radio / GPS system ordered, and at this time I told them I live over a hr away, and run my own business, to put me in for a loaner vehicle for the day since I was informed installing the new system will take a MINIMUM of 3 hours, and again today... they called to confirm my scheduled appointment... and no loaner vehicle... again! This will be my LAST dealing with Riverside! Sandy Thomas.

Worst car dealership I’ve ever experienced. As a young women I was completely taken advantage of by the staff. You would hope that as a women going to buy a car you don’t feel like you’re going to be ripped off, well unfortunately that is how this dealership is. I was sold a car that completely broke down after a month of driving it, but was told it was a great car & had an “inspection” done at the dealership. I now have to pay thousands of dollars to get my car fixed. I’ve purchased many cars in the past, & this by far has been a nightmare. My sales person was Brandon and I would never recommend going to him or this dealership.

I love this service department and sales office great waiting area hot coffee and snacks watch T.V. while you wait. They have a place to charge phones and WiFi. Customers service is all about your safety.

Cathy and her crew have taken very good care of my 2008 DTS which I ordered brand new. She gets me a loaner when necessary since I live an hour away. Their waiting room is very nice; coffee, snacks, water, tv, and a clean restroom! Highly recommended!

A long history of idiocy at this dealership. I've owned three GM vehicles that were bought elsewhere and serviced with this dealership. The first a 2007 Chevrolet Impala, took it for an oil change, tire rotation, and got it back from them to have dashboard warning lights start appearing because they failed to reattach the air intake from the air filter after finishing their work. Tried to blame me and say that I did it, sorry but no. The second was a 2013 Cadillac ATS that used too much oil, complained about it and had several maintenance visits over 1.5 years before they finally fixed it. The last time they kept my car and tried to avoid getting me a loaner and made it a big deal. Just tried to set an appointment for my newer Cadillac ATS and they cancelled the appointment because I didnt provide my VIN #. They never asked for it! Still couldn't get a loaner vehicle which isn't a big surprise, they must do as bad a job with other cars to not have enough loaners.
