When the "pandemic" started and just as mask were just starting to be "mandated" I walked into the store and the associate was at the back of the store and yelled out, "mam you can't be in here without a mask." It was in a rude tone and so I walked away and haven't been back. Apparently they are super liberal because its just mainly shampoo Bottles and hair color., but you can walk into grocery stores and clothes places and even though there's a sticker on door about mask, no one is policing mask wearing and its more of a "to each their own" Mask arenjust petri dishes anyway. I guess they're scared someone's gonna sneeze and its gonna jump in a bottle! I see their sales have gone down. Maybe they should consider its due to their strict policies

I love Sally Beauty Supply! They always have what I'm looking for, and the staff are friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions. I definitely recommend Sally to anybody looking for some self pampering.

The girls that work in this store are incredibly rude. They don’t greet you and they have attitudes when speaking. To top that off, the store is basically empty because anything you need they never have in stock. Do better.

We went inside was not greeted at all. The employees inside were more interested in dying each other's hair than waiting on customers. When I asked a question, she acted like I was disturbing her. Will not be going back.

Went to store for curbside pickup. There was a sign that said, 'out to lunch be back at 5 pm'. Me as well as 4 others waited patiently. It was 5:10 pm before both workers came back and opened up. When we got to the door for curbside, we all were told they were closed for the day. Even though the hours were until 6. My question is...why take over an hour lunch break during the hours of operation? And why both workers at the same time? And if they had to do it that way, why not just include it on their handwritten out to lunch note?

Customer Service is terrible and “top line” products are cheap. For 2 years I’ve used the Euronext extensions and they have been great, and they are about 150. Well they got a new brand in called Barely Xtensions ultra seemless and a worker referred me to them and said they are supposed to be better and they were 180. So I bought them and they are thinner so your hair isn’t as thick, there are less pieces, and the clip was already broken before I even got wear them. I’ve called the store and they won’t let me exchange at all or give me money back, they won’t even let me exchange for the less expensive extensions. So I called corporate and was on hold for over and hour and they never picked up.I called Sally’s again and they were very rude about it, but that’s almost 200 thrown in the trash. I will not be continuing my services with Sally’s and hope future customers do not have this problem because it’s sucks and there will be no light at the end of the tunnel with this problem.
